La cheffe est indiscutablement douée, son père, au service en salle, est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire et parle très bien français, le serveur est très sympathique également, il nous à même donné une leçon d'italien ! Sans aucun doute nous reviendrons.
 Unpretentious restaurant which nevertheless offers gastronomic quality cuisine at an unbeatable price. The chef is undoubtedly gifted, her father, serving in the dining room, is extraordinarily kind and speaks French very well, the waiter is also very friendly, he even gave us an Italian lesson! Without a doubt we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una chicca nel centro di Castelbellino....locale, seminascosto nel centro del paese, con pochi tavoli ma molto accogliente e particolare. Il menù è diverso dalle solite proposte e per questo è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. I piatti, dal primo al dessert, sono tutti molto ricercati nei sapori e negli abbinamenti. Pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa. Molto belli anche i particolari piatti da portata. Il personale è molto cordiale ed accogliente. Che altro dire ...da riprovare assolutamente durante il periodo estivo per poter degustare il tutto all'esterno nella stupenda terrazza da cui si gode una vista magnifica sulle colline marchigiane.
A gem in the center of Castelbellino .... local, hidden in the center of the town, with few tables but very welcoming and particular. The menu is different from the usual proposals and for this reason it was a very pleasant discovery. The dishes, from the first to the dessert, are all highly sought after in flavors and combinations. Strictly homemade pasta. The particular serving dishes are also very beautiful. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. What else to say ... to absolutely try again during the summer to be able to taste everything outside on the beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Marche hills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to Tamburo Battente several times and it is always a fantastic experience. The chef is truly very talented and she prepares remarkable dishes, nicely presented and with exceptional taste. The front of the house is run by Fabio who does an excellent job as host and make every one feel very welcome. He serves very nice wines (many a discovery!) with the dishes. We had dinner both inside the restaurant as well as on the terrace. Prices are very reasonable but the food and the way it is served is 'Michelin' worthy. Highly recommended!
