★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprata una Fiat qualche anno fa, il giorno dopo ci siamo accorti che non funzionava l’apertura a chiave dello sportello. Il titolare ci ha detto che lo abbiamo rotto appositamente e che non avrebbe fatto niente (!!!)
Senza parole, avrei solo voluto conoscerli prima per poterli evitare.
Having bought a Fiat a few years ago, the next day we realized that the door unlocked didn't work. The owner told us that we broke it specifically and that he wouldn't do anything (!!!)
Without words, I only wanted to know them first to avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato per un problema al cambio automatico sabato 8 Agosto alle 11:50 e hanno subito cercato di capire cosa non funzionasse facendo un giro di prova. Riportata il lunedí mattina per approfindire e problema "speriamo" risolto provando a sostiruire l'olio del cambio. Conto adeguato.
I stopped for an automatic gearbox problem on Saturday 8 August at 11:50 am and they immediately tried to figure out what was wrong by doing a test ride. Reported on Monday morning to take advantage of the problem and "hopefully" solved by trying to replace the gearbox oil. Adequate account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato un'auto a noleggio con un mese di anticipo e aver riconfermato pochi giorni prima, arriviamo alla mattina del ritiro e non solo non troviamo nessuno presente ma, dopo contatto telefonico, ci viene detto che l'auto non c'è! :(
After booking a rental car a month in advance and reconfirming a few days before, we arrive at the morning of the pick-up and not only do we find no one present but, after telephone contact, we are told that the car is not there! :(

Mi sono sfortunatamente imbattuto in questa officina dopo aver erroneamente fatto rifornimento di benzina nella mia macchina diesel nel distributore di fronte all'officina. Non voglio esprimere giudizi personali che potrebbero sembrare faziosi, ma allego il conto che mi èstato presentato per rimediare all'accaduto (tot. 590 euro). Giudicate voi!!
Ovviamente, ho provveduto a segnalare l'accaduto al servizio clienti di FORD italia.

I unfortunately came across this workshop after mistakenly refueling my diesel car in the petrol station opposite the workshop. I do not want to express personal judgments that might seem biased, but I am attaching the bill that was presented to me to remedy the incident (tot. 590 euros). Judge for yourself !!
Obviously, I proceeded to report the incident to the customer service of FORD Italy.
