Hanno risposto che sarei stato contattato per un sopralluogo e che il lavoro poteva essere svolto a fine mese. Ho aspettato per tre settimane e non sono stato ricontattato. Oggi ho richiamato e mi hanno risposto che non faranno più il sopralluogo perchè non sanno quando potranno fare il lavoro, anche se io non ho fretta. Scarsa professionalità.... a dire poco. Ho letto la risposta e aggiungo che se mi aveste veramente consigliato di trovare una diversa soluzione sicuramente non vi avrei richiamato. A me avete detto che facevate il sopralluogo ma non mi avete più richiamato. Questo è quanto.
 At the beginning of September I phoned to get a quote for cleaning an apartment. They replied that I would be contacted for an inspection and that the work could be done at the end of the month. I have been waiting for three weeks and have not been contacted. Today I called back and they replied that they will no longer carry out the inspection because they do not know when they will be able to do the work, even if I am not in a hurry. Lack of professionalism .... to say the least. I have read the answer and add that if you had really advised me to find a different solution, I certainly would not have called you back. You told me you were doing the inspection but you never called me back. That's all.
