★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the area and one star because the food was just okay. Apart from that I would not recommend it especially if you're a tourist.
Personnel acted friendly and gave us a little snack (after I ordered a coffee) only to charge us 12 euros afterwards. Food was overpriced so I would strongly recommend trying the other restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cafeteria on a quiet street and ideal for relaxing in the shade during a hot Summer day. There are a few tables outside and a beautiful wall full of jasmine flowers. Service was nice and fast and prices OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful food, lovely location. Our waiter was amazing, I didn't get his name (young, dark curly hair, glasses) but he was just a breath of fresh air for me. My day had started so badly and I was upset but he made me very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty basic little bar and restaurant. The aperitivo was pretty basic and not really what we expected. The drinks were great and it was a nice quick stop before we we on to the next spot. It looked like the dinner crowd was just coming in as we were leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the only restaurants serving (awesome) food until a late hour in the middle of August in Milano, when all interesting places are closed for italians' holidays. As we weren't able to find any restaurant ready to welcome us we stepped into this place by chance and what a chance ! Not only we've been welcomed by a very warm-hearted staff (special mention to the owner, a very kind woman who can speak english and french almost perfectly) but we also enjoyed a simple but perfect food, exactly what we were looking for. The woman advised us excellent white italian wines for nice pairing with our dishes (fried chicken cutlet & risotto alla milanese) and we also had really nice home-made desserts (pie with jam on the top and ice creams). She shared with us really interesting informations but also gave us some hidden locations to visit for our next trip. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant itself with candles on the outside tables and warm and cosy lights inside. We had the inside just for ourselves and enjoyed nice chill & house music. Our lovely dinner ended up with a free tasting of Amaro, an italian liquor made from different aromatic plants. We will surely come back as soon as we are travellign to Milano again. A place for night lovebirds like us or anyone who wants to enjoy good & simple food.
