In realtà ho pagato il valore effettivo.
Ho acquistato una camicia e già al primo risciacquo senza ancora essere indossata,si è aperta nelle cuciture.
Ho chiesto un cambio dato che era palese si trattasse di un difetto ma mi è stato rifiutato

I actually paid the actual value.
I bought a shirt and already at the first rinse without being worn yet, it opened in the seams.
I asked for an exchange as it was obvious it was a defect but I was refused

Ho acquistato un cardigan taglia L, in busta mi ritrovo una M e provo a cambiarlo il giorno seguente. Il negozio nega il cambio, pur avendo lo scontrino ed il tagliando del capo acquistato il giorno prima. Pessimi, non posso consigliarli.
I was a customer, but after a bad experience I will not buy anything anymore.
I bought a size L cardigan, in the bag I find myself an M and I try to change it the following day. The shop denies the change, despite having the receipt and the coupon of the item purchased the day before. Bad, I can't recommend them.
