Ho prenotato un viaggio breve di 4 GG due anni fa , consegnando il mio documento , per scoprire che non hanno guardato il mio documento quindi stampato il biglietto aereo con il nome di battesimo , ma la cosa più assurda che per 220,00 € l'agenzia non mi è venuta incontro rimborsandomi il pacchetto , ma anzi mi hanno girato la frittata dicendomi che è stata colpa mia che avrei dovuto dirglielo quale era il mio vero nome , quindi per quale motivo io consegno un documento che loro richiedono ?? Io non posso che essere stata scontenta persone scorrette e incompetenti , ho pagato un viaggio che non ho mai fatto , e che qualsiasi altra agenzia onesta me lo avrebbe rimborsato ... Mai capitata una cosa del genere in qualsiasi altra agenzia , mai più da loro ; If you want to pay for a trip and not leave, go to this agency ....
