Dovevo tagliarmi i capelli con meches e mi ha proposto una meravigliosa permanente super leggera così da gesture l'asciugatura al meglio. Risultato capelli rovinati e bruciati e dopo 2 mesi ancora stile "pagliaio riccio ingestibile". Unico rimedio un taglio cortissimo dato che la parrucchiera dopo avermi tagliato (male) una prima volta i capelli, tolti i bigodini della permanente e accortasi del disastro, li ha ritagliati in modo selvaggio e scomposto per cercare di riparare al danno. Dovrò attendere ancora mesi e mesi prima di poter rifare le meches (cadrebbero tutti) così continuerò andare in giro con una fascia in testa per coprire il capello crespo e bruciato e spendere decine di euro in prodotti idratanti e ristrutturanti. Ottimo lavoro. Non c'è che dire. Una presa in giro assurda anche davanti l'evidenza del danno arrecatomi. Horrible experience. I had recommended the owner for the skill. I had to cut my hair with meches and he offered me a wonderful super-light permanent so I could better dry it. Result ruined and burned hair and after 2 months still style "unmanageable curly haystack". The only remedy is a very short cut since the hairdresser after having cut (badly) my hair for the first time, removed the curlers of the permanent and noticed the disaster, cut them wildly and sparsely to try to repair the damage. I will have to wait months and months before I can redo the meches (they would all fall) so I will keep going around with a band on my head to cover my frizzy and burnt hair and spend tens of euros on moisturizing and restructuring products. Good job. No doubt about it. An absurd mockery even before the evidence of the damage caused to me.

Sono bionda decolorata con base castano cenere e molti capelli bianchi. Ho chiesto espressamente il colore che aveva in testa la proprietaria, Cristina. Risposta: si, non c'è problema. La lavorante ha applicato il decolorante e poi mi ha messo sotto il casco riscaldante (non so come si chiami l'attrezzo ma penso abbiate capito...) . La proprietaria non ha MAI controllato di persona come andasse la decolorazione. Ha lasciato fare tutto alla ragazza. Risultato: tutti, e dico tutti, i capelli bruciati. Nei giorni seguenti si sono spezzati a ciocche, e sono la metà di quelli che erano prima. Per non parlare del taglio orribile, più corto da una parte, più lungo da un'altra...mai vista una cosa del genere. 81,00 euro buttati al vento e ci vorranno mesi perché possa sistemarli di nuovo. Se avessi avuto il coraggio sarei dovuta tornare e farmi restituire i soldi, ma non sono quel tipo di persona. Però lascio questa recensione. Spero che possa esservi utile. The owner has NEVER checked in person as he went discoloration. He let the girl do everything. Result: everyone, and I mean everyone, hair burned. In the following days they broke into strands, and they are half of those that were before. Not to mention the horrible cut, shorter on one side, longer by another ... never seen such a thing. 81,00 EUR thrown to the wind and it will take months for it to set them again. Sono 20 anni che frequento il salone e non sono mai uscita una volta senza aver superato le mie aspettative! La titolare, Cristina, è professionale e competente come nessuna, sempre disponibile e attenta a tutto, contornata da uno staff eccezionale e preparatissimo. I prodotti che usano sono fantastici e lasciano sempre i capelli morbidi anche dopo la colorazione, che dire il TOP????.... I have been attending the salon for 20 years and have never gone out once without exceeding my expectations! Cristina, la proprietaria mi ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e nel totale rispetto delle norme anti covid. Ho chiesto di sistemare il taglio, ho dei capelli difficili e noiosi da gestire perché ricci solo in alcuni punti. Tempo una mezz'oretta e taglio perfetto. Per la prima volta mi sono trovata a mio agio col taglio anche gestendolo da sola (il loro tocco magico si perde quando puoi provvediamo da sole ?). Ci ho portato anche mia figlia e tornerò presto anche io. Posso dire di aver trovato anche io il MIO parrucchiere di fiducia. Grazie mille Cristina a te e tutto il tuo gentilissimo staff, a presto!
