Unica nota dolente un paio di personaggi che nonostante tu stia aspettando da tempo, si mettano a fare chiacchiere con clienti che conoscono, sforando persino in discorsi fascisti e razzisti. Oggi il commesso insieme ad un cliente parlava di prendere un fucile e sparare a tutti gli extracomunitari, ed io, da extracomunitario mi sono alquanto offeso.
Very well supplied hardware, the employees are very kind and always available. The only sore point is a couple of characters who, despite having been waiting for a long time, start to chat with customers they know, even breaking into fascist and racist discourses. Today the clerk together with a client spoke of taking a rifle and shooting all the non-EU citizens, and I, as a non-EU citizen, was somewhat offended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima ferramenta, ricca di innumerevoli prodotti: tre stelle e non quattro perché mi è stato dato un barattolo di impregnante sintetico che era stato già aperto ed usato. Fatto presente, ad un altro commesso, mi è stato tempestivamente sostituto. Se non lo facevo presente avrei comprato un barattolo non pieno ma a 3/4. Anche la differenza di peso era evidente.
Excellent hardware, full of countless products: three stars and not four because I was given a jar of synthetic impregnating agent that had already been opened and used. As a matter of fact, I was promptly replaced by another salesman. If I did not mention it, I would have bought a jar that is not full but 3/4 full. The difference in weight was also evident.
