Come può vedere le recensioni sono tutte più che ottime i nostro clienti sono soddisfatti del nostro impegno e della nostra professionalità, probabilmente con lei non ci siamo capiti . Ritengo non sia giusto per serietà acquistare prodotti in luoghi disparati per poi pretendere l'assistenza da tutti i centri assistenza , come detto al telefono l'assistenza la facciamo solo a clienti che comperano direttamente in sede, questo è il servizio che vogliamo dare ,lei doveva recarsi dove ha comperato la macchina e fare risolvere il problema a loro. Io non sono stato sgarbato ho solo chiarito come ci comportiamo in merito, lei ha le sue idee e noi le nostre, non dobbiamo andare d'accordo per forza quindi non vedo la motivazione per questa brutta recensione . hi, I am the owner of com-fer s.r.l.
