Helpful and attentive .... kind and nice .... but too many people inside .... 7 people when they had to be 2 .... being kind to customers sometimes is not convenient ... if they take advantage of it

Sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto quando per una bolletta mi hanno dedicato quasi un'ora di tempo, risolvendomi un problema che già tre altre tabaccherie non erano "riuscite" a trovare una soluzione.
Consigliatissimo. Quando capito in zona, passo sempre a salutare.
Very courteous and attentive to the customer.
I was pleasantly satisfied when they spent almost an hour on a bill, solving a problem that three other tobacconists had not "managed" to find a solution.
Highly recommended. When understood in the area, I always pass by to say hello.

Andati in pensione gli storici proprietari, quelli odierni sono simpatici e alla mano. C'è tutto quello che deve avere un tabaccaio di oggi, con una marcia in più.
Historic tobacconist of Grugliasco, has recently changed management.
Once the historic owners have retired, the present day ones are nice and easy-going. There is everything that a tobacconist of today must have, with an extra gear.
