★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per chiedere di acquistare un carnet di biglietti Daily GTT (valore 17,50 €) e mi è stato chiesto di pagare 1€ extra per pagare con la carta o di andarmene a ritirare del contante.
Senza contare la quantità di persone all'interno e senza mascherine (non al bancone bar o consumanti).
In altre recensioni ho letto commenti positivi sul personale, io personalmente mi sono sentito offeso dai modi con cui si sono rivolti a me.
I went in to ask to buy a Daily GTT ticket booklet (value € 17.50) and was asked to pay an extra € 1 to pay with the card or to go and collect some cash.
Not to mention the number of people inside and without masks (not at the bar or drinking).
In other reviews I have read positive comments about the staff, I personally felt offended by the way they approached me.
