Terrible experience, not even a "hello can I kindly offer you a coffee?" or "today is really nice, sir". I mean, how do you treat customers like that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono ubicato presso tale tabacchino, qualunque chiesi espressamente un paio di biglietti per il treno regionale, l'impiegato maleducato,con aria di superbia, mi mostra la sua nullafacenza infamando il nome di rto ge tracks, definendolo col suo silenzio impertinente un rapper di strada. Preferisco non controbattere questa improperia disgustosa.

La commessa si è permessa di utilizzare tono arrogante e superbo, quando volevo solamente chiedere un cambio di moneta in pezzi più piccoli. Avrei preferito una frase del tipo "mi spiace signorina, non posso" piuttosto che essere trattata con tale maleducazione. L'ultima volta mi aveva servito il signore, molto gentile.
Unfriendly and rude staff, I would not go there a third time. The saleswoman allowed herself to use an arrogant and arrogant tone, when I just wanted to ask for a change of coin in smaller pieces. I would have preferred a phrase like "sorry miss, I can't" rather than be treated with such rudeness. The last time the gentleman had served me, very kind.
