★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e ogni volta che si spende qualche euro ti trattano con toni aggressivi e maleducati dicendo che non hanno il resto(nemmeno per 5€).per inviare un fax che risultava momentaneamente occupato mi son sentita rispondere che non avevano tutto il giorno da perdere.biglietti del bus quasi sempre finiti..con affianco uffici e inps un minimo di servizio si spera di trovarlo, ma nulla..ed essere trattati anche male mi sembra davvero troppo
Rude and every time you spend a few euros they treat you with aggressive and rude tones saying that they do not have the change (not even for 5 €). To send a fax that was momentarily busy I was told that they did not have all day to lose. bus tickets almost always finished .. with offices next to them and INPS a minimum of service hopefully to find it, but nothing .. and being treated badly seems too much to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo un punto TNT, ho portato una busta preaffrancata da spedire con TNT. Erano le 17:30. Non mi hanno accettato la busta perché ero oltre l'orario di spedizione. Non se ne parla neanche di tenerlo e spedirlo il giorno dopo. La ragione che mi hanno dato è che "sono come una banca e che non si può consegnare oltre l'orario di chiusura". Peccato che siano una tabaccheria APERTA. Hanno delle crisi di identità.
Being a TNT point, I brought a pre-paid envelope to be sent with TNT. It was 5:30 pm. They did not accept the envelope because I was beyond the shipping time. There is no mention of keeping it and shipping it the next day. The reason they gave me is that "I'm like a bank and you can't deliver after closing time". Too bad they are an OPEN tobacconist. They have identity crises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora è veramente scortese, scontrosa e utilizza toni arroganti nei confronti della clientela, mi ha persino detto “non deve più parlare, stia zitto”, solo perché avevo fatto una domanda a titolo informativo riguardo un servizio di spedizione. Credo che persone così, non siano idonee a svolgere attività a contatto con il pubblico.
The lady is really rude, surly and uses arrogant tones towards the customers, she even told me “you must not talk anymore, shut up”, just because I had asked a question for information about a shipping service. I believe that people like this are not suitable to carry out activities in contact with the public.
