★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno veramente di tutto, dal lotto alle ricariche PostePay fino alle sigarette, però gli mancano le cose più importanti se vuoi lavorare a contatto con il pubblico: La simpatia e la gentilezza. Visto che siamo in una città abbastanza grande e che di tabaccherie ce ne sono a decine, preferisco portare i soldi a chi mi accoglie con il sorriso, non a chi mi fa sentire d'intralcio, come se stessi facendo perdere tempi ai giocatori del lotto..

Senza nemmeno guardarmi in faccia, e con una certa arroganza, il titolare si è rivolto alla signora che mi stava servendo dicendole che non doveva perdere tempo con me, doveva limitarsi a chiedermi il numero telefonico. Se accettate un determinato tipo di servizio, non dovete poi comportarvi in questo modo. Avrei potuto essere un possibile cliente della tabaccheria? Chissà!!!!
