Compro un pacchetto di sigarette nella macchinetta automatica che si trova all’ingresso ma non scende nulla, ricevo solo il resto ma non il pacchetto. Entro dentro per spiegare la situazione alla signora che si trova dietro al banco e mi dice che la macchinetta non segna nessun errore, lei mi dice che riesce a vedere che ho inserito i soldi ma scettica sul mio discorso apre la macchinetta e all’interno non c’è nessun pacchetto incastrato. Le dico che può controllare nella mia borsa se vuole, non mi metto a fare una scenata per 5€ di sigarette, ma a lei non interessa. A quel punto rientra nel locale senza neanche scusarsi, con un tono scortese mi dice “non so cosa farci” così io mi ritrovo senza sigarette e con 5€ in meno. A star because you can't get less! I buy a pack of cigarettes in the automatic machine located at the entrance but nothing drops, I only receive the rest but not the pack. I go inside to explain the situation to the lady who is behind the counter and tells me that the machine does not mark any errors, she tells me that she can see that I have inserted the money but skeptical about my speech opens the machine and inside does not there is no package stuck. I tell her she can check my purse if she wants, I'm not going to make a scene for € 5 worth of cigarettes, but she doesn't care. At that point he goes back into the room without even apologizing, with a rude tone he tells me “I don't know what to do with it” so I find myself without cigarettes and with € 5 less.
