Ed a stento hanno rivolto il saluto all'uscita. Anche volendo..... Non avrei acquistato nulla. ....... E poi...... Sicurezza ok......ma o la si Sa fare con discrezione.... Il giorno, dopo averle messe solo una volta, ho notato che un piccolo pezzo di pelle, sottile come una pellicola, si era distaccata. Tanto che mi era venuto il dubbio se le scarpe erano in vera pelle. A questo punto vorrei rilevare soprattutto il comportamento della persona che si è qualificata come titolare del negozio. Dopo avere telefonato e inviato spiegazioni e foto che evidenziavano il difetto nella scarpa, ho avuto una prima risposta "Se si rompe un piatto è colpa dell'azienda?" Risposta che preanuncia una chiara presa di posizione poco propensa al servizio del cliente. Dopo ci siamo sentiti telefonicamente e sono rimasta stupita e meraviglia per come si comportava. Parlava solo lei, in modo arrogante e maleducato senza che potessi esprimermi. In fondo io chiedevo una corretta assistenza, che normalmente un negozio "qualificato" dà a suo cliente. Dopo un stressate diverbio, mi ha promesso che mi avrebbe contattata il fornitore della scarpa brand "181". Nonostante i miei solleciti non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione per tre lunghe settimane e alla fine senza avere neanche esaminato fisicamente la scarpa, l'ufficio commerciale del negozio mi comunicava molto brevemente che non era un problema della scarpa. Voglio rilevare che sono rimasta molto delusa di essere entrata in un negozio che pensavo di "livello " ma che invece dopo l'acquisto ho trovato solo maleducazione e nessuna considerazione rivolta ai clienti.
