★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una ventina di anni fa abbiamo commissionato a questa ditta, a conduzione familiare, il montaggio di una tenda esterna; visto il buon risultato, negli anni abbiamo continuato nel conferire loro il montaggio di ulteriori tende a cui si sono aggiunti telai di zanzariere.
Ad oggi le abitazioni nostre, di mio fratello e dei figli, nel frattempo divenuti grandi e sposati, sono ombreggiate da tende e protette da zanzariere montate da T.T...E sempre con nostra soddisfazione.
Anche l'assistenza post-vendita ( pastoie burocratiche legate al bonus fiscale) prestata dalla gentilissima figlia è stata professionale, nonostante il pagamento avvenuto parecchio tempo prima; questa dovrebbe essere la regola ma viste le precedenti nostre esperienze negative al riguardo, questo aspetto diventa per noi un valore aggiunto.
Conclusione : 5 stelle piene
PS: le tende montate vent'anni fa funzionano ancora oggi - tutti i giorni - egregiamente; alleghiamo le foto della nostra casa circa nell'anno duemila e una foto odierna della medesima casa.
About twenty years ago we commissioned this family-run company to install an external tent; given the good result, over the years we have continued to give them the installation of further curtains to which frames of mosquito nets have been added.
To date, our homes, of my brother and of the children, who have grown up and married in the meantime, are shaded by tents and protected by mosquito nets mounted by T.T ... And always to our satisfaction.
Even the after-sales assistance (bureaucratic shackles linked to the tax bonus) provided by the very kind daughter was professional, despite the payment made a long time before; this should be the rule but given our previous negative experiences in this regard, this aspect becomes an added value for us.
Conclusion: full 5 stars
PS: the tents set up twenty years ago still work today - every day - very well; we are attaching photos of our house in the year 2000 and a photo of the same house today.
