Complimenti allo staff. Consigliatissimo A stone's throw from the seafront in the middle of the Soveratese nightlife. Well managed with refined dishes and always well chosen wine pairing. Adesso sembra di stare un ristorantino in Grecia o a Formentera. Il menù cortissimo, forse troppo, offre piatti curatissimi di pesce e di carne. Io ho assaggiato una buonissima parmigiana bianca di zucchine e alici e un tonno scottato con crumble di olive nere. Tutto cucinato bene e sapore perfetto. Hanno una buona scelta di birre artigianali in bottiglia. Prezzi adeguati. Tornerò. The last time I went was a pub. With the new management, a completely new restaurant and nice menu arrives. Now it seems to be a restaurant in Greece or in Formentera. The very short menu, perhaps too much, offers well-kept fish and meat dishes. I tasted a very good white zucchini and anchovy parmigiana and a seared tuna with black olive crumble. All cooked well and perfect flavor. They have a good choice of bottled craft beers. Adequate prices. I'll come back.

We went for lunch and were blown away by everything: the quality and presentation of the food, the genuine and exceptional service, and the aesthetic and decor. Marco, the owner who also served us, made our experience something so positive we’ll always remember. A remarkable place!
