A	Antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella sorpresa, locale con ottimi vini e cocktail, ma soprattutto panini, curati nei dettagli, dal pane morbido e saporito, alla selezione degli ingredienti freschi, locali come gli amburger fatti da capi di bestiame locali, con ottime carni, proprietario simpatico socievole ed accogliente.. Atmosfera locale molto familiare. Consigliatissimo. A nice surprise, room with fine wines and cocktails, but mostly sandwiches, attention to detail, from the soft and tasty bread, the selection of fresh, local ingredients such as satay made from local cattle, with good meat, friendly owner and sociable welcoming .. Very familiar local atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Il locale propone una vasta scelta di birre e un aperitivo davvero sfizioso. Abbiamo assaggiato dei piccoli panini con del pane fantastico e dei fritti. Tutto eccezionale, non sapevamo scegliere cosa fosse più buono. With a group of friends we stopped for an aperitif in this place in the alleys of Soverato. The atmosphere is very nice in this alley with lights. The restaurant offers a wide choice of beers and a really tasty aperitif. We tasted some small sandwiches with some fantastic bread and some fried. All exceptional, we didn't know what was best.

S	Simona Caldaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale giorni fa mentre eravamo alla ricerca di qualcosa da mangiare.....il posto è molto suggestivo, si trova in una delle viuzze di Soverato nella parte dove ci sono tutti i locali. Atmosfera e musica soft ci hanno convinto a fermarci per chiedere cosa si potesse mangiare. Ci ha accolto Alessandro che in maniera molto gentile ed assolutamente professionale ci ha illustrato il menù, spiegandoci che tutto ciò che veniva offerto era a km o, genuino e fresco. Ci siamo accomodati e dopo pochissimo abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare le loro meravigliose polpette di melanzane che sono veramente sublimi! Dopo poco sono arrivati i panini, ne avevamo ordinati di diversi tipi e devo dire che tutti abbiamo apprezzato sia l'ottimo gusto ma soprattutto la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. La vera chicca del locale, a parte il cibo buonissimo e le birre artigianali veramente buone, è la presenza di Alessandro, persona estremamente squisita, preparata e di una professionalità unica che rende la sosta nel locale un'esperienza arricchente, veramente! Una bellissima scoperta che ha reso la serata perfetta, soprattutto quando si è presentato con i ventagli per alleviarci dalla calura estiva. Atmosphere and soft music convinced us to stop and ask what we could eat. Alessandro welcomed us in a very kind and absolutely professional way who illustrated the menu to us, explaining that everything that was offered was locally sourced, genuine and fresh. We sat down and very soon we had the chance to taste their wonderful eggplant meatballs which are truly sublime! After a while the sandwiches arrived, we had ordered different types and I must say that we all appreciated both the excellent taste but above all the quality of the raw materials used. The real gem of the place, apart from the very good food and the really good craft beers, is the presence of Alessandro, an extremely exquisite person, prepared and with a unique professionalism that makes the stop in the place an enriching experience, truly! A beautiful discovery that made the evening perfect, especially when he showed up with fans to relieve us from the summer heat.

Materia prima di prima qualità e cucina che riesce a unire il classico con il moderno tramite abbinamenti innovativi, ricercati frutto si vede di studio e prove. Per quanto riguarda la gestione, servizio rapido e preciso e personale che ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa! Consiglio i panini di pesce!! Veramente ottimi!!! Difficile chiedere di più e difficilmente si puo dare meno di 5 stelle! Accoglienza calda, gentile, frizzante da parte del ragazzo, che ci ha accolti e mostrato il nostro posto. Il menù è da paninoteca, ma solo a leggere i nomi e le descrizioni ti viene l'acquolina in bocca. Abbiamo preso le polpettine di melanzane con una salsa agrodolce al Habanero e Mango: attenzione, possono creare dipendenza... Sublimi!!!! Anche le alici impanate, croccantissine e buonissime. A seguire, una tartarre di tonno con stracciatella e maionese di basilico, delicata, fresca, impiattata bene e soprattutto bona!!! Un panino chiamato "non hai scampo", ripieno di gamberoni panati in avena e sesamo, maionese di mandarino, zucchine e salsa di soia, tutto dentro un morbido panino artigianale e morbidissimo: il crunch ti porta in paradiso!! I prezzi non sono da classica paninoteca, ma ovviamente è tutto rapportato alla qualità e alla ricercatezza dei prodotti, con lo sconto The Fork il rapporto qualità-prezzo diventa ottimo !!!!
