★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi in tutto, hanno perso i dati nel mio hard disk, dal 2011 che ci sto dietro, tirando sempre fuori mille scuse, addirittura dicendo che avevano mandato in camera bianca a loro spese.
Alla fine oggi chiamo e mi dicono di chiamare un altro numero al cui risponde un commercialista che mi dice di scrivere a un liquidatore...
Statene alla larga. Tra l'altro ho provato a scrivere questo post sulla loro pagina facebook ma i post vengono mediati da loro e quindi non credo lo faranno passare. Anche su facebook però non rispondono mai.
Terribile.
Poor in everything, they lost the data on my hard disk, since 2011 that I'm behind, always pulling out a thousand excuses, even saying that they had sent to the clean room at their expense.
In the end I call and they tell me to call another number to which an accountant who tells me to write to a liquidator answers ...
Stay away from it. Among other things I tried to write this post on their facebook page but the posts are mediated by them and so I don't think they will pass it. Even on facebook, however, they never respond.
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato Stampante HP di 14 mesi con problema di pescaggio carta facendo notare che 2 uguali presentano lo stesso problema appena fuori garanzia.
"Ok, me ne lasci 1, vediamo che si può fare", intanto 30€ subito per cauzione e poi, vista la spesa alta e la mancanza di affidabilità di HP , dato che non l'ho riparata, altri 31.00€ a saldo per il preventivo (61.00€ ) . 3 ore di lavoro per il preventivo ha detto... 1 stella dato che zero non se ne possono mettere ... MAI PIÙ

"Ok, leave me 1, let's see what can be done", meanwhile 30 € immediately for bail and then, given the high spending and the lack of reliability of HP, since I have not repaired it, others 31.00 € in balance for the quote (€ 61.00). 3 hours of work for the quote said ... 1 star since zero can not be put ... NEVER MORE
