★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto assistenza per il mio pc all-in-one con touchscreen. Dopo alcuni episodi di black-out che avevo saputo risolvere da sola, alla fine non si accendeva più. La diagnosi: disco fisso irrecuperabile. Aveva effettivamente qualche anno e parecchie ore di lavoro a carico. Mi è stato proposto di cambiarlo con uno nuovo uguale, che mi sarebbe costato poco, ma ho chiesto se si poteva installare un SSD. Avevo visto questa opzione sul loro sito e mi sembrava valida, visto che anche se il pc è vecchio è comunque ottimo. Dopo aver valutato se l'hardware era compatibile, mi hanno installato l'SSD e hanno anche reinstallato il sistema operativo e buona parte dei programmi di base, tutto con gli ultimi aggiornamenti disponibili. Nel giro di pochi giorni ho riavuto il mio pc, più veloce e migliore di prima. Sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e veloci.
I asked for assistance with my all-in-one touchscreen pc. After a few episodes of blackouts that I had been able to solve by myself, in the end it didn't turn on anymore. The Diagnosis: Unrecoverable Hard Drive. He actually had a few years and several hours of work to pay. I was offered to change it to a new one, which would have cost me little, but I asked if an SSD could be installed. I had seen this option on their site and it seemed valid, since even if the pc is old it is still excellent. After evaluating if the hardware was compatible, they installed the SSD for me and also reinstalled the operating system and most of the basic programs, all with the latest updates available. Within a few days I got my pc back, faster and better than before. They were very kind, helpful and fast.
