The patient and nice staff, however, 2 on 2 exams with crazy delays, delivery scheduled for 03/13 we are 03/19 and the great thing that all days they tell you a new lie, I will never set foot again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costo tampone €50, ci sta, tutti i laboratori stanno speculando sul Covid appoggiati dalle autorità… in fondo le malattie e le guerre sono business enormi.
Ma che dire di un costo aggiuntivo di ben 10€ (+20%) per avere il “referto in Inglese”, con una traduzione oltretutto “sbagliata”?
Per 10€ ve ne fornisco io una corretta, potete contattarmi quando volete.
Buffer cost € 50, there is, all the laboratories are speculating on Covid supported by the authorities ... after all, diseases and wars are huge business.
But what about an additional cost of 10 € (+ 20%) to get the "report in English", with a translation that is "wrong"?

Il 20/10/2021, avevo prenotato una ecografia da farsi il 03/01/2022.
Arrivato, e raggiunta la reception a fatica facendomi largo fra la folla in attesa, l'addetta mi dice candidamente che la dottoressa non c'è e mi invita a uscire perchè all'interno siamo già in troppi.
Rientrato a casa, provo a chiamare, per un nuovo appuntamento ma con mia grande sorpresa mi sento rispondere che la prenotazione dell'esame non esiste. Ho la mail del CUP con codice di prenotazione, nr impegnativa ecc. Non serve a niente..
Richiamato il CUP, dopo una lunghissima attesa, parlo con un addetto gentilissimo che mi informa che la Synlab ha cancellato l'esame.
Avvertirmi era troppo disturbo?

On 20/10/2021, I had booked an ultrasound to be done on 03/01/2022.
Arrived, and reached the reception with difficulty making my way through the waiting crowd, the clerk candidly tells me that the doctor is not there and invites me to go out because we are already too many inside.
Back home, I try to call for a new appointment but to my surprise I hear that the exam reservation does not exist. I have the CUP email with booking code, binding number, etc. It is useless ..
Having recalled the CUP, after a very long wait, I speak to a very kind employee who informs me that Synlab has canceled the exam.
Was warning me too much trouble?
