Comunque, non capisco un paio di cose, sarò che sono ignaro ma ci sono state sempre due porte, una grande da dove si entra e una grande di uscita, adesso da quando è scoppiata la pandemia, avete chiuso l'entrata e ci fate passare tutti in un'unica porta cosi almeno ci avviciniamo e scambiamo tutti da una parte, visto pandemia covid è quello che serviva? bhoooo non capisco... e poi altra cosa da migliorare quando lasciate uno/a alla cassa e giustamente lavorate in altri settori, quando vi accorgete che la fila si allunga, ma mandate subito una persona alla seconda cassa, in modo che non si crei la fila come capita spesso, fila alla casse infinita e poi quando vi decidete è già casino. Vi ricordo siamo in um momento dove le persone dovrebbero starci il meno possibile in questi ambienti e non 15/20 minuti in fila alla cassa perché nessuno dice nulla.
