★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dire di avere un'esperienza diretta con questi signori ma se lavorano come rispondono al telefono...cioè MAI (risuilta sempre occupato nell'orario di laroro e anche fuori dell'orario dei prelievi) dubito della qualità del loro servizio....ovviamente se si abita a 50 metri può darsi che tutto fili liscio....
 I cannot say that I have direct experience with these gentlemen but if they work as they answer on the phone ... that is NEVER (always occupied in the time of laroro and also outside of the time of withdrawals) I doubt the quality of their service .. .. obviously if you live 50 meters away, it may be that everything runs smoothly ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi, danno priorita' alle persone con bambini, siccome hanno capito tutti questa faccenda arrivano con i bambini quindi chi sta' in cosa si attacca al tram. Non parliamo poi di chi fa accettazione sono di una lentezza esasperante. Sconsiglio vivamente questi laboratori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da più di una settimana cerco di prenotare x analisi sangue e la segreteria dice che sono momentaneamente occupati. Questo succede a qualsiasi orario a partire dalle 7.30.

Un ritardo di 30' , sul piazzale ( sotto il sole ) siamo in 8 persone in attesa + 5 che sono dentro in attesa del prelievo, mio marito è dentro da 20' Ci sono 2 infermiere + un'impiegata . C'è una persona di 93 anni che sta aspettando da 15'. Io che devo fare il coumadin è 1 h che aspetto e devo ancora entrare perché me lo faranno per ultima!!
Da ricordare che paghiamo!!??

Quando si fanno le culture tipo urinocoltura è così difficile far pagare il sovrapprezzo per l'antibiogramma online senza dover andare in sede x farlo e ritirare?? Si paga e ritira online mi sembra così assurda sta cosa...poi caricano i risultati dicendo d passare in sede sempre alle 12:30 dovendo così aspettare il giorno dopo per il risultato....molto sgradevole e obsoleto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca trasparenza nelle tariffe (usano le tariffe a forfait, mentre una volta era dichiarata la tariffa di ogni singolo parametro).
L'ultima volta mi è stato addebitato il forfait di € 36,15 per un unico parametro, mentre di solito sono a gruppi di 7 o 8): insomma, non si riesce a capire se ci marciano oppure no.
Per il resto mi sono sempre trovata bene, ma questa cosa potrebbe farmi guardare altrove.
Little transparency in the rates (they use flat rates, while once the rate of each single parameter was declared).
The last time I was charged the flat fee of € 36.15 for a single parameter, while they are usually in groups of 7 or 8): in short, it is not possible to understand if they march there or not.
For the rest I have always been happy, but this thing could make me look elsewhere.

Arrivato il mioturno sono stata respinta, oltretutto in maniera plateale violando la privacy, perché non in possesso del green pass. Scorrettissimi all'ennesima potenza, mattinata buttata, tempo perso ed esami rimandati. Non mi serviro' mai più presso di voi, siete davvero pessimi e poco professionali.
This morning I went with my 14 year old daughter to your center (San Giovanni Lupatoto) WITH RESERVATION. When my shift arrived I was rejected, moreover in a blatant way, violating my privacy, because I did not have the green pass. Scorrettissimi to the nth degree, wasted morning, lost time and exams postponed. I will never use you again, you are really bad and unprofessional.
