Mi sono trovata bene per i brevi tempi d'attesa ma soprattutto per la scrupolosità e la professionalita' dei medici che hanno soddisfatto a pieno le mie richieste. Poliambulatorio decisamente consigliato. Really high level. The staff proved to be kind and prepared and the spaces were welcoming and clean - which is not to be taken for granted. I was happy for the short waiting times but above all for the scrupulousness and professionalism of the doctors who fully satisfied my requests. Definitely recommended clinic.

Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio, lo sviluppo del centro è situato al primo piano sopra la banca. Quick booking and execution of a Covid buffer. Courtesy and advice in acceptance, kindness in execution. Plenty of parking available, the downtown development is located on the first floor above the bank.

Se questa è la serietà tanto pubblicizzata.... Ho visto la risposta. Controllate pure. Abbiamo chiamato il 9 dicembre per prenotare l'appuntamento, che è stato fissato per il 6.01.2021 ore 10. È stato fatto presente all'operatore che si trattava di giorno festivo, ma ci è stato confermato. Il giorno 6 alle ore 10 l'ambulatorio era chiuso, nessuno ha risposto al telefono e nemmeno alla mia mail di richiesta spiegazioni inviata lo stesso giorno alle 10.19. My son booked covid tests and on the day of the appointment he found the clinic closed, no one answered the phone and I'm still waiting for an answer to the email asking for explanations. If this is the much publicized seriousness .... I've seen the answer. Check it out. We called on December 9th to book the appointment, which was set for 6.01.2021 at 10am. The operator was told that it was a holiday, but it was confirmed. On the 6th at 10 am the clinic was closed, no one answered the phone and not even my e-mail requesting explanations sent the same day at 10.19.

Nessuna comunicazione nonostante mail e nr di telefono a loro disposizione. Mai più. Only two services required, once for blood test, once for fecal occult blood test. In both cases, answers after 7 days. No communication despite email and telephone number at their disposal. Never again.
A	Alessio Cirimele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo siano chiudi perché sto provando dal 2 gennaio a chiamare tutti i giorni e fino ad oggi, 10 gennaio, non mi ha mai risposto nessuno, neanche alle mail si riceve risposta, neanche prenotando con altre app. I think they are closed because I have been trying to call every day since January 2nd and until today, January 10th, no one has ever answered me, not even emails are answered, not even when booking with other apps.

Non forniscono più risultati in inglese per tamponi rapidi covid (solo molecolari), nonostante questo sia stato confermato al telefono da un'assistente. Il tempo è prezioso quindi far raggiungere la clinica da un cliente per poi non garantire il servizio come promesso è poco professionale. Unfortunately, I am forced to give a negative rating despite having been a client of the clinic for 2 years now. They no longer provide results in English for rapid covid swabs (molecular only), although this was confirmed over the phone by an assistant. Time is precious so having a client reach the clinic and then not guaranteeing the service as promised is unprofessional.
