β β β β β Non posso che mettere una stella, siccome non sono attrezzati per effettuare tutti gli esami di "Curve Glicemiche Gravide"
Mi sono presentata alle ore 7.15 informandomi naturalmente prima via telefono e poi via e-mail.
Ci vorrebbe maggiore assistenza se si offre questo tipo di esame per le donne in gravidanza! a quanto pare non tutti i Synlab sono attrezzati per farlo!
Per il disagio che mi hanno creato non usufruirΓ² piΓΉ di un loro servizio.

β β β β β SeΕvizio pessimo , accompagno mia madre per un prelievo alle 8.10 , una sola persona davanti ed alle 9.30 ancora nulla. All'accettazione una signora maleducatissima che invita ad andarsene.... senza parole
Bad service, I accompany my mother for a sample at 8.10, one person in front and still nothing at 9.30. Upon acceptance a very rude lady who invites you to leave .... speechless

β β β β β Veloci e puntuali, receptionist Alessandra sempre gentile e simpatica. Anche telefonando si hanno informazioni esaustive. Visto il periodo covid in cui c'Γ¨ capienza ridotta, consiglio di posizionare un paio di sedie anche fuori.
Fast and punctual, Alessandra receptionist always kind and nice. Even by calling, you have complete information. Given the covid period in which there is limited capacity, I recommend placing a couple of chairs outside.
