Tramite sito o app dice che a Cerea non ci sono punti prelievo. Sono giorni che provo inutilmente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE: questo laboratorio da appuntamenti che poi non rispetta.
Dovevo fare delle analisi, ogni mattina c'era una coda incredibile. Ho un fondo sanitario dell'azienda per cui lavoro ed ho visto che sono convenzionati. Ho inserito lì la richiesta e mi hanno fissato un appuntamento per sabato alle 7.45. Ma quando sono arrivata ho chiesto dove dovevo andare con la mia mail con appuntamento e mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto fare la coda come gli altri. Mi sono sentita presa in giro e sono andata via. Ho fatto reclamo alla società che li gestisce, perchè o rispetti gli appuntamenti o segnali che non li dai, ma non fai venire la gente ad un certo orario per nulla.

I made a complaint to the company that manages them, because you either respect appointments or signals that you don't give them, but you don't make people come at a certain time for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon servizio tranne che x le priorita ... ce' tanto di cartello ma non viene rispettato la priorita' donne in gravidanza, bambini , disabili necdagli utenti ne da chi gestisce.... si dovrebbe migliorare questo servizio per il resto mi sono sempre trovata bene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il centro di Cerea (VR) per un prelievo prenotato online (vista la situazione pandemica in corso questo è gia un punto a favore visto che al mio paese non è possibile fare prenotazioni ed occorre fare la fila...).
Mi sono trovato molto bene sia per quanto riguarda il servizio di accettazione sia per l'esecuzione del prelievo.
Il personale è paziente e gentile, molto brava l'infermiera che ha eseguito il prelievo, in meno di 20 minuti dal mio arrivo ero già fuori pronto per tornare a casa.
Altro punto a favore, e non da poco, il poter scaricare i referti direttamente dal sito web dell'azienda senza bisogno di doversi recare di nuovo di persona al centro: vengono forniti i dati di accesso provvisori al momento dell'accettazione.
Personalmente, per quanto sopra esposto mi sento di consigliare questo centro.

I was very happy with both the acceptance service and the execution of the collection.
The staff is patient and kind, the nurse who performed the blood sample was very good, in less than 20 minutes from my arrival I was ready to go home.
Another point in favor, and not just, is being able to download the reports directly from the company website without having to go to the center again in person: provisional access data are provided upon acceptance.
Personally, for the above I would like to recommend this center.

Dalle 10.30 che chiamo per un totale di 27 chiamate in cui squillava sempre ma nessuno rispondeva. Incompetenti, non professionali, è meglio che cambino lavoro se non sono soddisfatti da quel che fanno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma è due giorni che chiamo per avere delucidazioni su un referto mai arrivato e non risponde mai nessuno. Ho mandato una mail ma nessuna risposta neppure li. Sarebbe ben organizzato per quanto riguarda la prenotazione ma assolutamente inadeguato per quanto riguarda la comunicazione. Ad oggi non so ancora nulla del referto di un prelievo effettuato la settimana scorsa che doveva essere pronto il giorno dopo

It would be well organized as far as booking is concerned but totally inadequate as far as communication is concerned. To date, I still don't know anything about the report of a sample taken last week that was supposed to be ready the next day
