Gli operatori sono stati molto gentili ma il servizio pessimo.
Done the PCR test on 12/28. After 3 days I still haven't received the result I need to travel.
The operators were very nice but the service was bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tampone molecolare svolto il 28/12, dopo 76 ore nessun referto arrivato. Sconsiglio vivamente il servizio. Mi dispiace per gli operatori che si sono comunque dimostrati disponibili e gentili, ma come servizio è pessimo. Capisco la situazione di emergenza sanitaria, ma per un servizio a pagamento non è questo quello che mi aspettavo, molto delusa.
Molecular swab carried out on 28/12, after 76 hours no report arrived. I strongly advise against the service. I am sorry for the operators who have proved to be helpful and kind anyway, but as a service it is very bad. I understand the health emergency situation, but for a paid service this is not what I expected, very disappointed.
