RISULTATO: A MADRID NUOVO TAMPONE se potevo davo ancora meno Bad as well as known, at least to me, they did not ask me, much less asked for ANY type of document to be printed in the certificate. RESULT: NEW SWAB IN MADRID if I could I gave even less

L	Lorenzo Pardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 07:30, arrivato in anticipo ma all'ora indicata vengono solo aperte le porte e s'inizia a pianificare il lavoro: gli appuntamenti per primi gli altri in coda per ricevere i referti, con un numerino in base all'ordine di arrivo. Per il mio prelievo non era previsto di ricevere il referto online o in qualsiasi modo telematico, ma tramite ritiro di persona il sabato mattina alle 07:30, direi inaccettabile per essere nel 2020. Per il resto molto cordiali e la dottoressa che ha fatto il prelievo ha lavorato in modo eccellente. Pero' va rivista l'organizzazione e la consegna dei referti perche' le persone hanno degli orari o devono prendere permessi per queste analisi: una banale email risolverebbe tanto, visto anche lo scarsissimo parcheggio. For my withdrawal it was not expected to receive the report online or in any telematic way, but by collecting it in person on Saturday morning at 07:30, I would say unacceptable to be in 2020. For the rest very friendly and the doctor who did the picking worked excellently. However, the organization and delivery of the reports must be reviewed because people have schedules or have to take permits for these analyzes: a trivial email would solve a lot, given the very limited parking space.
g	giulia bianchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per due volte mi sono rivolta alla sede Synlab di via Crispi e non posso che dare un giudizio negativo e molto deludente. Entrambe le volte il personale ha cercato di venderci il tampone molecolare alla vergognosa cifra di 100 euro svelandoci molto onestamente un possibile esito: non prima di tre giorni. L'esito in entrambe le occasioni è arrivato la mattina dopo, neache dopo 24 ore. Io dico va bene che anche voi avete un attività commerciale, ma la vogliamo smettere di fare i disonesti e guardare solo il proprio interesse economico in un momento del genere? Penso a chi non ha tutti i mezzi per capire la disonestà e ci scasca o chi è in difficoltà affrontando un periodo difficile di malattia o di burocrazia. Twice I turned to the Synlab office in via Crispi and I can only give a negative and very disappointing opinion. Both times the staff tried to sell us the molecular swab for the shameful sum of 100 euros, very honestly revealing a possible outcome: not earlier than three days. The outcome on both occasions came the next morning, not even after 24 hours. I say it's okay that you also have a business, but do we want to stop being dishonest and just look at your own economic interest at a time like this? I think of those who do not have all the means to understand dishonesty and throw us away or those who are in difficulty facing a difficult period of illness or bureaucracy.
