A	Antonio Tuc Tuccillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensione riferita alla vecchia struttura: Nulla da dire sui dottori, e mi dispiace dire quello che diró perchè non tutti gli infermieri sono così, ma c’è un turno che andrebbe licenziato in tronco...! Trattano i pazienti con arroganza e sufficienza come se gli stessero facendo un favore inconsapevoli del fatto che senza pazienti con quella rabbia ed arroganza sarebbero a chiedere l’elemosina davanti alle chiese, perchè nessuna struttura pubblica o privata che sia tollera scortesia nei confronti dei clienti... Suoni il campanello non arriva nessuno, dopo 15 minuti lo risuoni perchè non è arrivato nessuno, dopo 30 minuti lo risuoni e senti ahhhh ancora quella del 23 che suona... In alcune stanze non funziona l’aria condizionata e per il ghiaccio è un problema perchè fa troppo caldo e la macchina non ce la fa... Devi bere due litri di acqua il giorno, la struttura te ne passa uno, devi andare al bar interno e una bottiglia di acqua da un litro e mezzo costa due euro... In some rooms the air conditioning does not work and for the ice it is a problem because it is too hot and the machine cannot make it ... You have to drink two liters of water a day, the structure gives you one, you have to go to the internal bar and a one and a half liter bottle of water costs two euros ... v	vitolo P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ospite di questa struttura, nel mese di dicembre 2021 per 5 giorni , intervento di protesi al ginocchio, premetto che vivo a Roma e sono andato presso la clinica San Giuseppe sotto consiglio del mio ortopedico , ho dato 5 stelle perché non ce ne sono 10.Struttura nuova e personale eccellente pulizia e competenza. I was a guest of this structure, in December 2021 for 5 days, knee replacement surgery, I state that I live in Rome and I went to the San Giuseppe clinic under the advice of my orthopedist, I gave 5 stars because there are none 10.New structure and excellent staff, cleanliness and competence.

Ero venuto semplicemente per chiedere spiegazioni su un attestato che era stato rilasciato in precedenza a un'altra persona e sono stato trattato come se fossi stato l'ennesimo rompi c****i della giornata. Una maleducazione e un'arroganza allucinante. Eviterò di tornare in questa struttura. Do 2 stars only for the beautiful new structure otherwise it would be one. It is disconcerting to see the rudeness of part of the staff of the Secretariat. I had come simply to ask for explanations on a certificate that had previously released to another person and I was treated as if I had been the umpteenth break c **** I of the day. A rudeness and a hallucinating arrogance. I will avoid coming back to this structure.

Barbara che non era ancora tanto informata su delle disposizioni vigenti e x fare salire mia moglie e mio figlio hanno dovuto fare il tampone quando non serviva più ,ma x il resto sono grandi grazie a voi tutti. Cercavamo un bagno e ci siamo stati sgridati perché era quello del personale. Non c'era niente indicando questo, e quello per i pazienti aveva la porta aperta contro il muro, perciò non si vedeva niente. Il medico gentilissimo, ma non la signora dell' accettazione. Accompanied by a patient for an ultrasound. Nice building, but the indications are a bit inadequate. We were looking for a bathroom and we were scolded because it was the staff. There was nothing indicating this, and that for the patients had the door open against the wall, so nothing could be seen. The very kind doctor, but not the lady of acceptance.

Devo dire che l'esperienza è stata molto positiva (al di là del mio intervento andato comunque bene) Il personale è veramente carino ed educato sempre molto disponibili dalle infermiere alle ragazze del "rancio" a quelle delle pulizie. Non da meno i medici anch'essi molto gentili e pronti a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Ambiente molto pulito e silenzioso. Le camere sono spaziose e ben disposte. Forse unica pecca è che la domenica o comunque nei giorni festivi il bar all'entrata rimane chiuso. È vero che non è un albergo però magari una persona che avesse voglia di un buon caffè ..... In ogni modo esperienza molto positiva. Ringrazio veramente tutto lo staff per la loro disponibilità. Quando sei in certe situazioni è importante che il paziente si senta almeno considerato. Not least the doctors who are also very kind and ready to answer any question. Very clean and quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Perhaps the only flaw is that on Sundays or in any case on holidays the bar at the entrance is closed. It is true that it is not a hotel but perhaps a person who would like a good coffee ..... In any case very positive experience. I really thank all the staff for their availability. When you are in certain situations it is important that the patient feels at least considered.
