β β β β β Ho fatto 3 mesi come stagionale a Casalmorano e direi che un posto cosΓ¬ disorganizzato e pieno di scansafatiche non l'avevo mai visto.
Prima di iniziare si presentano bene con corsi sulla sicurezza,dicendo di segnalare i problemi e che se qualcuno non sta eseguendo il lavoro in totale assenza di pericoli il preposto ferma la linea.
Poi perΓ² si va in produzione dove ci sono orari pessimi e condizioni di lavoro pessime sia per polvere che rumore,per non parlare del carrello elevatore senza freni ne vetri e con le forche che si staccavano.
Per i capi l'importante era indossare la pettorina e il cappello perΓ²!!
Per i fissi sembrava fosse vitale che noi indossassimo gli abiti da stagionali per farci sentire dei poveri stagionali.
Incompetenti e lazzaroni che cazzeggiano 6 mesi all'anno e gli altri 6 fanno galoppare gli stagionali.
Ridicolo
I spent 3 months as a seasonal in Casalmorano and I would say that I had never seen a place so disorganized and full of slackers.
Before starting, they present themselves well with safety courses, telling them to report problems and that if someone is not performing the work in total absence of danger, the person in charge stops the line.
But then you go into production where there are bad times and bad working conditions both for dust and noise, not to mention the lift truck without brakes or glass and with the forks coming off.
For the bosses the important thing was to wear the bib and the hat though !!
It seemed to the landlords that it was vital for us to wear seasonal clothes to make us feel seasonal poor.
Incompetenti and lazzaroni that fuck six months a year and the other six make the seasonal riders gallop.
