★ ★ ★ ★ ★ debbo ancora provare la farina macinata a pietra (quella con il germe di grano e tutte le sue capacità nutrizionali rispetto la farina 00) appena acquistata, ma ho avuto modo di sapere dell'elevata attenzione e disponibilità verso il cliente che contraddistingue l'azienda ed il Sig. Cianflone.
Proverò subito la loro farina per fare le pizze al nostro agriturismo Ritrovo madre Natura di Martelletto di Settingiano, ma nel frattempo debbo dire i miei animali apprezzano molto la qualità dei loro mangimi!!!

I still have to try the stone-ground flour (the one with the wheat germ and all its nutritional capacity compared to the 00 flour) I just bought, but I have got to know about the high attention and availability towards the customer that distinguishes the company and Mr. Cianflone.
I will immediately try their flour to make pizzas at our farm. I meet Mother Nature at Settingiano's Martelletto, but in the meantime I have to say my animals really appreciate the quality of their feeds !!!
