★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo chiamata per un riscontro ad una candidatura effettuata, mi viene dato appuntamento per lunedì alle 15.00. Mi presento in agenzia, saluto e spiego che sono lì a seguito della loro chiamata mi viene subito detto: " per quella candidatura abbiamo già trovato", come se non bastasse mi viene chiesto se ho particolare esperienza in materia, il curriculm era allegato nonché ne avevamo parlato con la signora telefonicamente.
Ora ci terrei a precisare due cose:
1) IL RISPETTO PER LE PERSONE: dal momento che viene dato un appuntamento per una precisa mansione, se nel frattempo si chiude la ricerca, è BUONA norma AVVISARE la candidata per EVITARE VIAGGI A VUOTO.
2) Se il curriculm viene letto, un minimo di conoscenza del caso la si possiede.

Ringrazio per la risposta, ma in filiale mi sono presentata alle 15.00, c' erano due impiegate presenti ed ho fatto presente il motivo per il quale mi sono recata.
I am called for a response to an application made, I am given an appointment for Monday at 15.00. I introduce myself to the agency, I greet and explain that I am there following their call and I am immediately told: "for that application we have already found", as if that were not enough I am asked if I have particular experience in the matter, the curriculm was attached as well as we had talked to the lady over the phone.
Now I would like to clarify two things:
1) RESPECT FOR PEOPLE: since an appointment is given for a specific job, if in the meantime the search is closed, it is a good rule to ADVISE the candidate to AVOID EMPTY TRIPS.
2) If the curriculm is read, a minimum of knowledge of the case is possessed.
