I'm throwing ice cream in the trash. The ice cream shop uses all the same bases, flavors that decrease month by month. It wasn't like that years ago.

A favore la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia e l'ordine degli ambienti dedicati al pubblico (di riflesso immagino la stessa cosa, se non di più, degli ambienti dedicati alla lavorazione), la varietà e disponibilità continua dei gusti (alcuni molto originali), gli spazi esterni, anche se pubblici, dove gustare il gelato seduti a una delle tante panchine della frontale piazza ben alberata,. Se si sceglie il cono di cialda croccante, si recupera una mezza stelletta. I expected more. From what I heard around. The ice cream, absolutely artisanal, is good but not at the level of other local ice cream parlors. In favor of the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and order of the rooms dedicated to the public (consequently I imagine the same thing, if not more, of the rooms dedicated to the processing), the variety and continuous availability of tastes (some very original) , the outdoor spaces, even if public, where you can taste the ice cream sitting at one of the many benches of the well-lined front square. If you choose the crispy waffle cone, you recover half a star.
