Molto educate e simpatiche le banconiste e cordialissimi i titolari. consigliamo a tutti.

We spent a few days here in Ruvo (there would be a lot to say about the country) but, they recommended this PASTRY, I will always thank those who gave me this advice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia pessima. Il cucchiaino era ancora bagnato di acqua del precedente lavaggio e aveva gli aloni. Il piattino su cui poggiava la tazzina era sporco di una polverina nera. Il cornetto caldo fuori e freddo dentro(intendo la crema) e il cappuccino era acqua fresca. Sul personale niente da dire
Bad cleaning. The spoon was still wet with water from the previous wash and had streaks on it. The saucer on which the cup rested was dirty with a black powder. The croissant was hot outside and cold inside (I mean the cream) and the cappuccino was fresh water. Nothing to say about the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata con un'amica perché consigliata. Sinceramente in pieno periodo Covid nessuno chiede il green pass e tantomeno si entra con la mascherina. La leggerezza non la ammetto. Anche dietro il bancone mascherine abbassate. Sicuramente io sono esigente...ma un cappuccino senza schiuma non vuol dire freddo e un cornetto caldo con la crema fredda anche no!

I went there with a friend because it was recommended. Honestly, in the middle of the Covid period, no one asks for the green pass, let alone enter with a mask. I don't admit lightness. Even behind the counter, lowered masks. Surely I'm fussy ... but a cappuccino without foam doesn't mean cold and a hot croissant with cold cream doesn't mean either!
