La mia esperienza personale è stata ottima.
Mi ero dimenticato che 5 mesi fa ero passato da questo negozio per cercare un oggetto che già sapevo che molto probabilmente non era più in produzione.
Mi fu detto "ci lasci il nominativo ed il numero di telefono che se lo troviamo la chiameremo".
Ma sapete come vanno queste cose, si dice così per far piacere al cliente ed in coscienza si fa il possibile per accontentarlo ma forse non l'impossibile.
Ed invece, quando mi ero già messo l'animo in pace da tempo, dopo cinque mesi, mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che avevano trovato quello che volevo.
Cosa dire un negozio "di lusso" come Avelardi che aveva pensato a me, un cliente qualsiasi, ed aveva esaudito i miei desideri.

My personal experience has been great.
I had forgotten that 5 months ago I had passed by this shop to look for an object that I already knew was most likely no longer in production.
I was told "leave us your name and telephone number and if we find it we will call you".
But you know how these things go, they say this to please the customer and in good conscience they do everything possible to please them but perhaps not the impossible.
And instead, when I had already put my mind in peace for some time, after five months, they called me and told me that they had found what I wanted.
What to say about a "luxury" shop like Avelardi who had thought of me, any customer, and had fulfilled my wishes.
