★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACquistato bracciale, rotto dopo un anno, chiesta la riparazione al negozio . Dopo averlo trattenuto circa un mese mi è stato restituito dicendo che non era possibile ripararlo.
Portato dall'orefice è stato aggiustato e riconsegnato il giorno seguente come nuovo per la modica somma di quattro euro....
EVidentemente la Swarovsky non si spreca per così poco.... servizio pessimo e personale non all'altezza...
ACought bracelet, broken after one year, requested repair at the shop. After holding it for about a month, it was returned to me saying that it was not possible to repair it.
Brought by the goldsmith, it was repaired and returned the following day as new for the modest sum of four euros ....
Evidently the Swarovsky is not wasted for so little .... bad service and staff not up to par ...

Non mi hanno applicato lo sconto che venti minuti prima era esposto in vetrina sul prodotto da me richiesto ,alle due donne che c'erano in negozio,dicendomi che non era in sconto. Dato il mio interessamento al prodotto ho sorvolato perché venti euro non mi cambiano la vita. Ma è già due anni che non entro più in questo negozio ad acquistare. Che c'è di meglio?Buona giornata a tutti

They didn't apply the discount that twenty minutes before was displayed in the window of the product I requested, to the two women who were in the store, telling me that it wasn't discounted.
