Abbiamo scelto questi cibi per offrire ai nostri clienti un’alternativa, non solo rivolta alla salute e all’etica, ma anche dal punto di vista di un minor impatto ambientale.". Mi spiace per le difficoltà che il buon Paolo ha avuto in questi anni e non gliene faccio una colpa. Però, a mio avviso, non è più il ristorantino fantastico che io stesso chiesi di convenzionare all'azienda in cui lavoro x le nostre pause pranzo. Mangiato un buonissimo primo di trofie con stracchino, pomodorini confit e speck tra le tante proposte elencate dal Sig Paolo. Posto tranquillissimo, in centro. Purtroppo e' aperto solo per pranzo.
