Best Sushi restaurant in Italia

Essendo un locale appena aperto si sente un po’ di inesperienza nella gestione, il personale pur essendo cortese e gentile si dimentica spesso di richieste dei clienti e fa qualche piccolo errore con le ordinazioni. I piatti sono abbastanza limitati (parlo per il pranzo) rispetto ad altri ristoranti giapponesi a cui sono andato. Le porzioni sono adeguate, ma le pietanze non sono il massimo, ho trovato alcuni piatti freddi rispetto ad altri ristoranti dove venivano serviti caldi o tiepidi (freddi da frigor, non temperatura ambiente). Ovviamente era tutto mangiabile, ma si potrebbe fare di meglio. Come la maggior parte dei ristoranti giapponese offre un menu all you can eat al prezzo di 11 euro escluse bevande. Per quanto riguarda il locale invece si vede che è appena ristrutturato e pur essendo bello risulta un po’ vuoto. Ci tornerò fra un po’ di tempo per riprovare. Let's say we can improve. The portions are adequate, but the dishes are not the best, I found some cold dishes compared to other restaurants where they were served hot or warm (cold from the fridge, not room temperature). Obviously it was all eatable, but you could do better. Like most Japanese restaurants, it offers an all you can eat menu at a price of 11 euros excluding drinks. As for the restaurant, on the other hand, it can be seen that it has just been renovated and although it is beautiful, it is a bit empty. I'll be back in a little while to try again.

Il servizio è veloce ma senza una frenesia che trasmette stress al cliente. Bene da sapere, che x il secondo giro di ordinazione bisogno chiedere una scheda nuova. Se si ordina pesce alla griglia o fritta bisogno chiedere del limone se è gradita. Materia prima di ottima qualità, Sushi buonissimo, da provare l'involtini di branzino... Un spettacolo... Propongono carta fedeltà, x ogni pasto si riceve un timbro. Il decimo pasto sarà in omaggio. C'è menù fisso "eat all you can" pranzo e cena + alla carta . Torniamo presto di sicuro... Buono il salmone, il resto del pesce passabile e la salsa di soia aveva un sapore diverso dal solito. Piatti in generale accettabili ma sicuramente non il miglior sushi della zona, spostandosi di poco si possono trovare alternative migliori allo stesso prezzo o poco più, diciamo che non lo consiglierei a chi in un all you can eat cerca anche qualità. Ottima nota da sottolineare il personale, sempre attento e gentile, motivo per cui la recensione ha tre stelle e non due. Nice and spacious place, well maintained also in compliance with anti-covid regulations. The salmon was good, the rest of the fish passable and the soy sauce tasted different than usual. Dishes generally acceptable but certainly not the best sushi in the area, moving a little you can find better alternatives at the same price or a little more, let's say that I would not recommend it to those who are also looking for quality in an all you can eat. Poca scelta di pietanze (nel menù pranzo), l'ambiente è ampio, pulito e nuovo, ma l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra è lunghissima, c'è disorganizzazione e alcuni piatti non sono mai arrivati, chiedo al cameriere di verificare e sparisce senza dirmi più nulla...insomma alla fine, dopo quasi tre ore di pranzo ce ne siamo andati con un po' di insoddisfazione.
