Tartare di salmone e tonno freschissima e abbondante, roll ottimi sia per la consistenza del riso che per la qualità e varietà degli ingredienti. E non trascurabile il packaging raffinatissimo. G	Gaia Belletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aperto oggi, ho preso il sushi per prova. l'avevo ordinato nel pomeriggio per le 8:15 di sera. sono arrivata nelle vicinanze del posto in perfetto orario ma ho avuto un po' di difficoltà a trovare il negozio perché da fuori non è ben segnalato. probabilmente per problemi logistici dovuti alla mole di lavoro a cui non erano mai stati abituati, mi hanno fatto aspettare in pescheria fino alle 9 meno 10, dicendo che mancavano "solo 5 minuti". al momento di pagare mi hanno fatto pagare il prezzo pieno di 50€ per 40 pz (combo girfalco), un prezzo nella media. tornata a casa e cenando, mi ritrovo un po' delusa: il sushi che avevo preso era composto da dei piccolissimi pz, che, avendo pagato 50€, non ci hanno affatto sfamato in 4 e non me lo sarei mai aspettata. la presentazione non era niente di che: i nigiri e il sashimi erano messi in modo sporadico all'interno di un grande cartone bianco, che rendeva la presentazione meno invitante. il resto del sushi (degli urumaki molto piccoli) era in un vassoio molto piccolo. all'interno di ogni fila di urumaki c'era sempre una diversa varietà di pesce (minima) ma dall'esterno erano tutti uguali (riso e semini bianchi e neri). almeno il pesce era fresco e di buona qualità. non penso che ci tornerò open today, took the sushi for test.
