La parte organizzativa è gestita da Fefi, sempre precisa, gentile ed accogliente con le persone. L’ambiente oltre che essere pulito è sano, dispone di docce e spogliatoi ed è fatto da persone serie che amano il loro lavoro (spesso vengono organizzate iniziative dedicate al rispetto del mare e delle persone). Con la scuola, lui, la sua famiglia, gli istruttori, hanno costruito una realtà fatta di inclusione e disponibilità,che permette di godere del mare tutto l'anno senza sentirsi mai estranei. Lo spot di anzio è così, inclusivo e sorridente, non trovi persone ostili a chi viene da fuori, si può andare a surfare con la massima serenità e si possono conoscere persone. Genesio Ludovisi, plurimedagliato surfista nonché tecnico federale, trasmette passione ed entusiasmo per questa disciplina, così come gli altri coach. La Surf Beat propone lezioni di surf/bodyboard singole o di gruppo ma anche corsi di surfskate, noleggio attrezzatura ed eventi volti al rispetto del mare con pulizia delle spiagge. Vengono organizzati anche Surf Trip nell'oceano. Particolare attenzione è rivolta ai più piccoli dove si organizzano Centri Estivi, trasmettendo loro anche l'attenzione per l'ambiente ed il mare. Tutti i corsi vengono svolti in sicurezza, utilizzando tavole "soft" . Io volevo fare qualche lezione per imparare ed ora sono tre anni che faccio parte di questa grande famiglia. Consiglio a tutti i genitori che vogliono avvicinare i propri figli a questa realtà, a questo sport, la surf beat. Con i bambini sono fantastici e per esperienza personale anche con gli adulti. Oltre a quello che li compete mi viene da dire che abbiano una vera e propria passione se non vocazione per quello che fanno, non solo: per i ragazzi è anche un'esperienza che li avvicina al rispetto per il mare e per l'ambiente, grazie alle diverse iniziative che organizzano per tenere la spiaggia pulita. Sono veramente bravi e super disponibili per ogni tua esigenza.. hai la disponibilità di imparare, ma anche di affittare attrezzature.. e tiene molte iniziative per tenere le spiagge pulite.. cosa che dovrebbe partire da parte di tutti.
