★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo B&B recentemente ristrutturato, ambiente tranquillo e rilassato, veduta mozzafiato sul mare da due terrazze e discesa diretta in spiaggia. Camere ampie e confortevoli. Il valore aggiunto è la gentilezza e la disponibilitá della sig.ra Stefania. Abbiamo trascorso con nostra figlia il weekend di fine giugno ......Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Beautiful B&B recently renovated, peaceful and relaxed environment, breathtaking view of the sea from two terraces and direct descent to the beach. Large and comfortable rooms. The added value is the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Stefania. We spent the weekend of late June with our daughter ...... We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero peccato, questo palazzo si sta lentamente sgretolando per l'incuria, ma ha un grande potenziale, se fosse sfruttato si potrebbe godere di una magnifica vista dalla sala con le grandi vetrate e dalla terrazza sovrastante.
Speriamo il comune (o chi per lui) riesca a trovare i soldi per restaurarlo e usarlo come ristorante, centro congressi o perché no, polo museale!
A pity, this building is slowly crumbling due to neglect, but it has great potential, if it were exploited you could enjoy a magnificent view from the room with the large windows and from the terrace above.
We hope the municipality (or whoever) will be able to find the money to restore it and use it as a restaurant, convention center or why not, a museum hub!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ edificio che richiederebbe maggior rispetto dalla pubblica amministrazione, più volte restaurato, ho partecipato come relatore ad un convegno internazionale di archeologia subacquea li svolto e poi lasciato di nuovo decadere per mancanza di ordinaria manutenzione.set di numerosi film noti da totò le mokò ad amarcord di fellini.

Immerso fra i villini della zona, testimonia un'epoca di splendore e mondanità della cittadina tirrenica; oggi in completo stato di abbandono e alla mercé degli insulti del tempo e dell'incuria delle istituzioni comunali e statali: peccato.
Art Nouveau building, on the Zanardelli seafront, built by the architect Cesare Bazzani in Anzio. Nestled among the small villas of the area, it testifies to an era of splendor and worldliness of the Tyrrhenian town; today in a complete state of abandonment and at the mercy of the insults of time and the neglect of municipal and state institutions: a pity.
