G	Guilherme Brum Dutra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato uno schermo LCD da loro attraverso eBay per un j7 2016 , lo schermo arrivato subito pero di pessima qualità , appena provato non si vedevano problemi evidenti ma appena mi è stato possibile testarlo a fondo noto un alone nero sul bordo superiore del cellulare . Chiedo il rimborso mi dicono di mandarlo indietro, attivo le procedure di restituzione PayPal e smettono di rispondermi con "faccia tramite eBay" . Procederò tramite PayPal se non ricevo risposta. Saluti I bought an LCD screen from them through eBay for a 2016 j7, the screen arrived immediately but of very bad quality, as soon as I tried it there were no obvious problems but as soon as I was able to test it thoroughly I notice a black halo on the upper edge of the phone. I ask for a refund, they tell me to send it back, I activate the PayPal return procedures and they stop responding with "face via eBay". I will proceed through PayPal if I don't get a reply. Avrei dovuto capire a poca serietà quando mi chiesero di pagare le spese di spedizione per il reso del telefono. Pessimo venditore. P.S. diffidate anche da chi ha una pagina Facebook con le recensioni disabilitate: è sempre sintomo di poca serietà. Since 2013, I have been waiting for the refund of a malfunctioning mobile phone. D	Davide Lazzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto ho visto che si fanno togliere i feedback negativi eBay... quindi chissà quanti negativi arrivano riescono a farsi togliere... Mi hanno rimborsato quindi alla fine tutto bene quel che finisce bene ma secondo ma mia modesta opinione non sanno precisamente cosa vendono... Sono ricambi per telefono non originali di bassa qualità e non sanno di preciso se sia compatibile o meno con il vostro dispositivo.. loro spediscono e tentano la fortuna... Il contratto dopo aver ricevuto un Lcd palesemente non compatibile con il mio dispositivo e loro mi rispondo che lo schermo è compatibile quindi che lo posso montare.... certo.... come no... così una volta messo su vado dalla parte del torto..... Meno male che sono più sveglio e ho restituito l'oggetto ancora imballato... se avessi provato a montarlo come da loro consiglio avrei perso l'opportunità di essere rimborsato.. Quindi per me' è un no! Vediamo se riescono a farsi cancellare anche questa recensione.... First of all I saw that eBay negative feedbacks are removed ... so who knows how many negatives arrive they manage to be removed ... They repaid me so in the end all is well what ends well but in my humble opinion they do not know exactly what they sell ... They are low quality non-original phone parts and they don't know exactly if it is compatible or not with your device .. they ship and try their luck ... The contract after receiving an LCD clearly not compatible with my device and they answer me that the screen is compatible so that I can mount it .... of course .... right ... so once put on I go to the side of the wrong ..... Luckily I'm more awake and I returned the item still packed ... if I had tried to assemble it as per their advice I would have lost the opportunity to be refunded .. So for me it's a no! Let's see if they can get this review deleted too ....
