★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un capo che nel cartellino aveva un prezzo scontato, alla cassa mi hanno chiesto se ero interessata a fare la tessera prenatal ed ho risposto che probabilmente ce l'aveva mia figlia che fa più frequentemente acquisti in questo negozio, ma la signora alla cassa non ha specificato chiaramente che se avessi fatto la tessera il capo lo avrei pagato circa 9 euro meno cioè con il prezzo scontato. Mi è sembrata una vera scorrettezza e solo per via della fretta non mi sono potuta fermare a protestare. Mai più acquisti qui né io ne mia figlia naturalmente!
I bought a garment that had a discounted price on the card, at the checkout they asked me if I was interested in making the prenatal card and I replied that my daughter probably had it more often than she buys in this shop, but the lady at the cash desk did not specify clearly that if I had made the card the boss I would have paid about 9 euros less that is with the discounted price. It seemed to me a real impropriety and only because of the hurry I couldn't stop protesting. Never again buy here nor I nor my daughter of course!

Il negozio è sempre pieno, ma secondo me lo spazio è troppo piccolo per la mole di lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale pessimo, maleducato, voglia di lavorare zero, sembra che fanno una cortesia ad essere li, come se non fosse il loro lavoro. Stamattina sono entrata con la bambina di 5 mesi in braccio, era mezzogiorno e stavano lavando a terra, si sono seccate che sono entrata, come se fosse orario per fare pulizia, in pieno orario lavorativo, e alle mie spalle una commessa maleducatissima ha detto " ma non lo vede che è bagnato a terra, proprio di lì deve passare", io ho lasciato in cassa il giubbotto che volevo comprare e gli ho detto in faccia la sua maleducazione. Questo è solo l'episodio di oggi, il personale là dentro fa quello che vuole, sempre, e la maleducazione e l'inadeguatezza regnano. Ma non c'è un responsabile, un proprietario, qualcuno che possa controllarle? Io non ci entrerò mai più.
Bad staff, rude, zero desire to work, it seems that they do a courtesy to be there, as if it were not their job. This morning I went in with the 5-month-old baby in my arms, it was noon and they were washing the floor, they were annoyed that I went in, as if it were time to clean, in full working hours, and behind me a very rude saleswoman said " but he doesn't see that he's wet on the ground, he has to go right through there ", I left the jacket I wanted to buy in the cashier and told him his rudeness to his face. This is just today's episode, the staff in there do what they want, always, and rudeness and inadequacy reign. But isn't there a manager, an owner, someone who can control them? I will never go into it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prènatal è un bel franchising, ma ha un neo: la Prènatal di Giarre!!!!Intanto, l'orario assurdo di chiusura:19:30 che, praticamente diventano le 19:26, dato che era già sprangato!!! Poi, commesse che sicuramente saranno sottopagatissime, dato che voglia e disponibilità sono pari a 0,000...Avrei dovuto versare semplicemente una quota per un regalo, già scelto sul sito, per una listababy fatta nel negozio di Misterbianco. Mai, per il personale di turno sabato scorso, tale richiesta è stata più complicata e difficoltosa, tant'è che mi è stato detto, invitandomi ad uscire(erano già le 19:28), che potevo solamente fare un buono. Orbene: la Prènatal si distingue perché dà la possibilità di fare regali da tutta Italia e forse anche dall'estero, non si può buttare fuori il cliente dicendo che la lista non era stata fatta a Giarre e si poteva incorrere a indisponibilità del prodotto(più volte è stato detto che il regalo era stato scelto qualche ora prima sulla lista e risultava disponibile)....e comunque, se nel frattempo si fosse verificata questa indisponibilità, certo non si sarebbe persa una serata per scegliere qualcos'altro! Basita! Sicuramente non lo consiglio, andate alle Porte di Catania, Misterbianco, ecc....no Giarre!!!Purtroppo devo dare una stella, meno non si può!
