File interminabili, spazi angusti, 'fioraio' che fa casino davanti all'entrata, personale al piano di sotto (frutta e magazzino) che spesso urla, dice parolacce, tendenzialmente poco educato e scocciato. In cassa invece regna la professionalità, ma purtroppo anche lì gli spazi troppo ridotti rendono tutto complicato. Non è un posto che rende piacevole l'esperienza del cliente. If I can I avoid it. Over the years, the quality of the service has drastically dropped. Endless lines, cramped spaces, 'florist' making a mess in front of the entrance, staff downstairs (fruit and warehouse) who often scream, swear, tend to be unpolite and annoyed. At the cash desk, on the other hand, professionalism reigns, but unfortunately, too small spaces make everything complicated there. It is not a place that makes the customer experience pleasant.

Maleducati i commessi per nulla disponibili.La mia compagna ha fatto notare ad un commesso del reparto frutta,che c'era un signore che prendeva la frutta senza guanti,il dipendente ha fatto spallucce,e lei è dovuta intervenire per fare notare la cosa al cliente.(E non era la prima volta) Non salutano mai,ogni volta che pesano le verdure sembra facciano un favore,così come quando gli si chiedono informazioni. Gentile solo il personale del banco salumi e pane, e le cassiere carinissime. Il personale dell'azienda dovrebbe inquadrare e selezionare meglio i dipendenti,direttore compreso. Ci vado per comodità perché la Conad che mi è un po' più distante, ma ha un personale qualificato e davvero gentilissimo,anche se spesso preferisco fare più strada per evitare il Tigre. Terrible! Manca un parcheggio adeguato in prossimità del negozio, che è comunque collocato in una area urbana molto densamente popolata. Excellent choice of products, helpful and kind staff. Exemplary cleaning for counters and rooms. There is no adequate parking near the shop, which is however located in a very densely populated urban area.

For example the Tigre on viale Libia is definitely not as friendly as this one. The African begging at the door every day is a nice chap. So all in all I'm happy.
