Frankly seen from the outside I didn't expect much. But appearances can be deceiving. It is a supermarket stocked with everything with competitive prices and offers. Spotlessly clean and courteous and cooperative staff. Congratulations. I will go more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente saltuaria in quanto passo dal Famila in via Sampolo solo quando sono di passaggio ..Devo dire che sono pienamente d'accordo con il cliente che ha scritto un mese fa ..oltre la gestione fatta male devo dire che vengo da tanti anni(se pur poche volte ) ma mai è successo di entrare e trovare un aria così gelida .. non c'è più il calore e l accoglienza di prima ..la direttrice non fa mai un sorriso..?????? mamma mia!!!! Anche qualche altro cliente conferma ma non è abituato ai social.. un consiglio..riportatelo com'era prima ?
I am an occasional customer as I pass by the Famila in via Sampolo only when I am passing through .. I must say that I fully agree with the customer who wrote a month ago .. besides the bad management I must say that I have been coming for many years (albeit a few times) but it has never happened to enter and find such an icy air .. there is no longer the warmth and welcome of before .. the director never smiles..????? ? mamma mia !!!! Some other customers also confirm but they are not used to social media .. a piece of advice .. bring it back as it was before ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non tanto per i prodotti, trovati tutti e specialmente il reparto salumeria con ottimi salumi e formaggi e personale molto cortese. Problemi alla cassa che anche se ce ne erano tre, gli addetti erano "lenti" e scostanti.
Not so much for the products, everyone found and especially the delicatessen department with excellent meats and cheeses and very courteous staff. Problems at the cashier that even if there were three, the attendants were "slow" and unfriendly.
