Vero che il cliente NON ha sempre ragione ma chi è addetto alla vendita dovrebbe mantenere un comportamento quantomeno civile. Una stella è solamente per questo increscioso episodio; frequento quasi ogni giorno questo market e non ho mai avuto motivi per lamentarmi.
