Perfect for tourists with good selection of high quality Italian produce - cheese, beads, meats (cured and fresh cuts), vegetables, dry goods, wine, pasta - and general goods, conveniences. Some previous reviews suggest expensive - I don't have feel for local relativities but thought ok compared to home. My go to when holidaying in this area.

Falta de respeto con los clientes. Hoy 2 de enero a las 20.30 aprox, el cajero del establecimiento ha levantado la voz a dos chicas de nuestro grupo por preguntar por un precio de un producto que no estaba bien colocado en su sitio. Gritó e hizo gestos despectivos mientras comprobaba el error quejandose. Sin duda el peor Supermercado que he pisado en días de vacaciones. No recomiendo comprar aquí porque su personal no tiene educación ni sabe lo que es un trato correcto al cliente y en lugar de ayudar y explicar, el trabajador se enfada de malas maneras. Estás actitudes perjudican a la ciudad, a los otros buenos profesionales de otros negocios qué nos han atendido muy bien y no favorecen a los turistas que venimos a disfrutar de Roma.----------------------- Disrespect with customers. Today, January 2 at 8:30 pm, the cashier of the establishment has raised the voice to two girls in our group to ask for a price of a product that was not well placed on their site. He screamed and made derogatory gestures while checking the error complaining. Without a doubt, the worst supermarket I have ever visited on vacation days. I do not recommend buying here because your staff has no education or know what is a correct customer treatment and instead of helping and explaining, the worker gets angry in bad manners. These attitudes are detrimental to the city, to the other good professionals of other businesses who have treated us very well and do not favor the tourists that come to enjoy Rome.------------------------- Mancanza di rispetto con i clienti. Oggi 2 gennaio alle ore 20.30 circa, il cassiere di proprietà alzò la voce due ragazze dal nostro gruppo con la richiesta di un prezzo di un prodotto che non è stato chiudeva bene in posizione. Ha urlato e fatto gesti sprezzanti mentre controllava l'errore lamentandosi. Senza dubbio, il peggior supermercato che abbia mai visitato nei giorni di vacanza. Io non consigliamo di acquistare qui, perché il vostro personale non hanno alcuna istruzione o sapere che cosa è un adeguato trattamento del cliente e invece aiutare e spiegare, il lavoratore si arrabbia in modi cattivi. Tu sei atteggiamenti male la città, gli altri buoni professionisti provenienti da altre aziende che ci hanno servito molto bene e non favorire i turisti che vengono a godersi Roma.

Clean store, nice setup. Cashier seemed rude....maybe a language barrier thing. She was pleasant to the woman ahead of us, chatting in Italian; we came up (probably obviously tourists)...She didn't speak one word. My husband set a reusable shopping bag on the packing counter & she ignored it, left everything sitting next to it so we packed our own groceries. Maybe bringing our own bag was some kind of cultural misstep? Our transaction ended & I said "grazie," not a word out of her.

Excellent range. Helpful and friendly service.

Rude cashier. While talking on the phone, he threw away all the products on the counter and charged us for a bag we did not ask for. I recommend this if you want to be treated badly.

Nice little market in the city. Prices seem to be okay for being in central Rome. Staff is friendly.

Personale sgradevole e maleducato. Il 2 gennaio, verso le 20:40, sono andato con il mio gruppo per comprare alcune cose. Uno dei prodotti non aveva il valore indicato sullo scaffale, essendo il prezzo cambiato con un altro quasi uguale ma di minor valore. Io e il mio amico abbiamo cercato di spiegare alla cassiera che questo non era il valore che lui ci aveva dato e ci ha reso molto spiacevoli, arroganti e maleducati, facendo gesti violenti e alzando la voce, invece di aiutarci e di fare un buon servizio, fa il contrario . (Continuo a credere che cambino i prezzi del prodotto per confondere il turista) Non mi ero mai trovato in una situazione del genere. Io non lo consiglio, ed è un peccato che la gente piaccia rovinare l'immagine della città. ---------- Unpleasant and rude staff. On January 2, around 8:40 pm, I went with my group to buy some things. One of the products did not have the value that marked on the shelf, being the price changed with another almost equal but of lesser value. My friend and I tried to explain to the cashier that this was not the value he set and he made us very unpleasant, arrogant and impolite, making violent gestures and raising his voice, instead of helping us and doing good service, he does the opposite . (I still believe that they change to the products the price tag to confuse the tourist) I had never found myself in such a situation. El 2 de enero sobre las 20.40 horas, fui junto a mi grupo a comprar algunas cosas. Uno de los productos no tenía el valor que marcaba en la estantería, estando el precio cambiado con otro casi igual pero de menor valor. Mi amiga y yo intentamos explicarle al cajero que ese no era el valor que marcaba y se puso con nosotras muy desagradable, prepotente y maleducado, haciendo gestos violentos y levantándonos la voz, en vez de ayudarnos y realizar un buen servicio, hace todo lo contrario. ( Todavía creo que ellos les cambian a los productos la etiqueta de precios para confundir al turista) Jamás me había encontrado en una situación así. No lo recomiendo, y es una pena que personas así ensucien la imagen de la ciudad.

Great local market for decent mid range local products, a step up from the mass groceries like Conad, Lidl or Carrefour, even though they also carry some overlapping product ranges. They have a decent produce, deli for cured meats/charcuterie and cheeses as well as antipasti. Not an artisanal gourmet shop, but still quite good products.
