★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesa a domicilio vergognosa... Non è la. Prima volta che portano frutta e verdura che nemmeno i porci se la mangerebbero... Secca moscia vecchia... Anziché buttarla sta roba la destinando a chi per necessità fa la spesa a domicilio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercato luminosi, pulito e sempre ordinato. I prezzi sono leggermente superiori alla media. Certamente è dovuto alla ottima qualità dei prodotti. Il personale sempre sorridente e gentile.
Bright, clean and always tidy supermarket. Prices are slightly above average. It is certainly due to the excellent quality of the products. The staff are always smiling and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I attempted to enter the store at 13:25, 5 mins before closing to buy one item and I was turned away from the security and front cashier in a very rude manner. I must note that I was entering directly behind another gentleman whom they allowed to go in and make his purchase without a problem but extremely rudely raised their voice at me. In every country I've been in shops honor the times written outside. If you say you close at 13:30 or whatever time then you should not turn away clients before then. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went in, like I do everyday, the manager with the white shirt (guy) snatched my 5 euros from my hand, never said please or thank you, but to the Italian customers he says hello, please and thank you. I've spent over 500 euro in that shop since I've arrived in Italy! I will be doing my shopping in another store from now on! Not impressed - stinks of xenophobia.
