★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono entrato per chiedere solo informazioni su degli scarponi da sci il titolare mi ha fatto accomodare e provare diversi paia di scarponi sapendo che non avrei comunque preso niente,sicuramente quando mi deciderò saprò dove andare anche perché ho constatato che i prezzi non sono superiori ai vari che si possono trovare in internet.
I entered to ask only information on ski boots the owner made me sit down and try several pairs of boots knowing that I would not have taken anything, certainly when I decide I will know where to go because I found that prices are not higher than various that can be found on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo negozio il 5 gennaio dove io e mia moglie abbiamo chiesto se era possibile provare degli scarponi da sci e chiedendo informazioni su quali potevano essere più adatti per noi specificando che siamo sciatori mediocri. La risposta è stata quella che se non eravamo sicuri al 100x100 di acquistarli per provarli dovevamo pagare 20 euro a testa perché se poi non li avremmo acquistati il negoziante avrebbe perso mezz'ora del suo tempo inutilmente. Ora io capisco tutto ma se io non provo e non capisco ti devo regalare i miei soldi così?.... risultato siamo andati in un'altro negozio specializzato a Casalbuttano dove abbiamo trovato una persona che ha "sprecato" un'ora del suo tempo a farci provare scarponi spiegandoci le varie caratteristiche e cercando di trovarci quello che poteva fare al caso nostro. Quella "perdita" di tempo e la sua cortesia è stata ripagata con l'acquisto di due paia di scarponi.
I went to this shop on Jan 5th where my wife and I asked if it was possible to try on some ski boots and inquired about which ones might be more suitable for us specifying that we are mediocre skiers. The answer was that if we were not 100x100 sure to buy them to try them we had to pay 20 euros each because if we didn't buy them the shopkeeper would have lost half an hour of his time in vain. Now I understand everything but if I don't try and I don't understand I have to give you my money like this? .... result we went to another specialized shop in Casalbuttano where we found a person who "wasted" an hour of his time to let us try boots by explaining the various features and trying to find what could do for us. That "waste" of time and his courtesy was rewarded with the purchase of two pairs of boots.
